If there is a task or a purpose to be accomplished, then a leader is called for!

The Leadership Development Path will enable you to discover and develop your leadership calling and gifting. Whether you are involved in a church ministry or leading in your workplace, the path includes self-leadership, leadership skills and practical theology to equip and empower you!
Sessions will take place on five Saturday mornings throughout the year coupled with the resources to reflect and apply what you are learning to your area of work or service.
Sessions will be led by both LRC and visiting speakers.

Where can I park?
Onsite parking is available, including spaces for disabled badge holders. Additional free parking can be found at the Parsloes Park sports fields off Terrace Walk. (On-street parking is charged by PayByPhone and is limited to 4 hours.)

Nearest Public Transport?
Dagenham Heathway station (District Line) is just a 10-minute walk, and several bus routes also stop at the Heathway.

When do I arrive?
Check-in opens at 09:00 am in the morning and doors to the auditorium open at 09:15 am. The Source, our onsite coffee shop, will be open from 09:00 and there will also be free refreshments available so join us anytime from 09:00 am.

What time does the summit end?
The summit aims to end at 16:30 in the afternoon. There will be a 1-hour lunch break and several small breaks throughout the day to grab some coffee and stretch your legs.

What about note-taking?
Upon arrival, you can pick up a hard copy of the delegate notebook, which will have info about all the speakers, space for note-taking and reflective questions. Pens will also be available for use on the day. For all you note-taking enthusiasts, please feel free to bring your own personal notepad and pen.

What about lunch?
During the 1-hour lunch break at the summit, our onsite café will be serving hot and cold lunch options, as well as snacks and can accommodate most dietary requirements.
Free refreshments will also be available for you throughout the day in the circulation spaces. If you have any questions around lunch and refreshments on the day you can ask a member on the host team.
